ELECTION GUIDELINES, VOTER’S LIST AND TIMELINE

The UAP Qatar Chapter proudly launches the official start of its Elections for Fiscal Year 2025–2026, reinforcing its commitment to a transparent, fair, and well-structured electoral process. As part of this kickoff, the Chapter has released three key documents to guide members through this important milestone: the Election Guidelines, the Official Voters List, and the Election Timeline.
These materials provide comprehensive instructions and schedules for nominations, campaigning, and voting procedures—all rooted in the chapter’s by-laws and the standards of the UAP National Election Manual. Notably, the 2025 election process will be fully paperless, emphasizing efficiency and modernity, while ensuring every qualified member has an equal opportunity to participate.
To further support the membership, the COMELEC and NOMCOM team will be present during the 8th General Membership Meeting on Friday, April 25, at Shaza Doha Hotel. Members are strongly encouraged to attend, ask questions, and engage directly with the committees overseeing the elections.
This gathering marks a vital moment for the UAP Qatar community, offering everyone the opportunity to take an active role in shaping the future leadership of the Chapter.
