Guiding the Path Forward: Welcoming the UAP Qatar Election Committees 2026

UAP Qatar proudly presents the official Nominations Committee (NOMCOM) and Commission on Elections (COMELEC), formally established during the Board of Directors’ special meeting last March 24, 2026, in preparation for the upcoming Chapter Elections.

Entrusted with a vital role in shaping the future of our chapter, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will be led by Chairperson Arch. Maila B. Quebec, together with members Arch. Adrian Elmer M. Bolalin, Arch. Melvee Rence M. Hatulan, and Arch. Rovello U. Peralta. Alongside them, the Nominations Committee (NOMCOM), under the leadership of Chairperson Arch. Gyrel Grace E. Papellero, with members Arch. Delsa M. Salasain, Arch. Joevic Jhoone B. Legado, and Arch. Roger Chardan P. Papellero, will ensure a thorough and credible nomination process.

With their collective expertise, integrity, and commitment, these committees stand at the forefront of safeguarding a fair, transparent, and meaningful electoral process. Their leadership reflects the values that UAP Qatar continues to uphold—professionalism, accountability, and excellence in service.
