As summer temperatures soared in Doha, the United Architects of the Philippines Qatar Chapter marked a month of significant transitions. The chapter began July with a leadership handover at the Lifestyle Restaurant, where outgoing and incoming officers charted the path forward. The momentum continued with the chapter joining forces with fire safety engineers at ABESQ Hotel, while also launching a meaningful collaboration with Capiz State University to support Filipino communities back home.
The pinnacle came at month's end with an elegant induction ceremony at the Wyndham Grand Hotel, celebrating new leadership and renewed purpose. A successful membership drive, featuring an amnesty program, brought inactive members back to the fold, strengthening the chapter's presence in Qatar's architectural landscape. Through each gathering and initiative, UAP Qatar demonstrated its vital role as both a professional organization and a bridge between cultures in the Middle East.
