Strengthening Ties: UAP Qatar Joins Dialogue with DMW Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac in Qatar

UAP Qatar proudly joined the special meeting with DMW Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac during his official visit to the State of Qatar. Secretary Cacdac was accompanied by Undersecretary for Middle East and African Affairs – Foreign Employment and Welfare Services Jainal T. Rasul Jr., Assistant Secretary for Pre-Employment Services Julyn S. Ambito-Fermin, and Director for Adjudication Services Maria Bernardine H. Madamba.

Hosted by Philippine Ambassador to Qatar H.E. Mardomel Celo D. Melicor, together with Labor Attaché Eduard Ferrer and OIC Cleobelle M. Romero, the gathering served as an avenue for open and meaningful dialogue with Filipino Community (FilCom) leaders. Discussions highlighted pressing issues affecting the Filipino community in Qatar, updates and initiatives from FilCom organizations, and ways to strengthen collaboration in support of Overseas Filipino Workers.

It was truly a productive and inspiring engagement, showcasing the spirit of unity and collective service for the Filipino community abroad.
