UAP Qatar Board Resolution on the Nominations Committee (NOMCOM) and Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Composition for Fiscal Year 2024-2025

On April 2, 2025, the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Qatar Chapter Board of Directors convened for a special meeting, marking a significant step in the chapter’s preparations for its upcoming elections. In a unified move, the Board passed a resolution formally establishing the Nominations Committee (NOMCOM) and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for Fiscal Year 2024–2025. This action aligns with the organization's commitment to uphold the standards set by the 2009 UAP By-laws, Election Manual Document 104, and the latest UAP Annual National Elections 2025 Guidelines.

The Board appointed Arch. Melani S. Ramos as Chairperson of the COMELEC, joined by Arch. Stephen Angelo E. Amoyo and Arch. Marianne M. Gungon. Meanwhile, the NOMCOM will be led by Arch. Ma. Lena F. Quinito as Chairperson, with Arch. Shaira B. Navarro, Arch. Juliane Rose C. Bosque, and Arch. Argen Darlene C. Bartolata serving as members.

With full trust and confidence, the Board expressed its belief in the appointed members' ability to carry out their roles with integrity, fairness, and commitment—ensuring a transparent and credible electoral process that reflects the values and professionalism of UAP Qatar.
