The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), the Integrated and Accredited Professional Organization of Architects (IAPOA), proudly rolls out a comprehensive guide and registration procedure for all newly-licensed architects who passed the June 2025 Architect Licensure Examination (ALE). This initiative ensures a smooth transition into the profession, providing clear steps for registration and integration into the organization.
Starting the Journey:New members are required to register through the UAP Online Portal, complete the online form, and settle the new member fee. Detailed instructions on how to pay, download the Certificate of Good Membership Standing (COGMS), and service invoice are clearly outlined, with payment facilitated via Dragonpay and EC Pay (GCash).
Mandatory Orientation and Oathtaking:Architects are also invited to attend the PRC and UAP Oathtaking Ceremonies scheduled at SMX on July 19, 2025. Following this, a Zoom-based UAP Registration Orientation will be held on two separate dates—July 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM and July 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Registration links and QR codes are provided to allow easy sign-up.
Continuing the Process:After the oathtaking and orientation, new architects must update their PRC number in the UAP Portal, coordinate with their chosen UAP Chapter for membership approval, and ensure that all personal information—especially the PRC ID—is updated online.
This structured approach not only simplifies the registration process but also ensures that each newly-licensed architect is well-informed, guided, and officially integrated into the professional community. The UAP celebrates this significant milestone with its members as it continues its mission of upholding excellence, empowerment, and progress in the field of architecture.
